  1. Chop eggplant and sprinkle with a little salt
  2. Saute garlic, onions and green pepper
  3. Puree tomatoes
  4. Add eggplant to pan
  5. Add raisins, olives, capers
  6. Saute for a while
  7. Add vinegar and cinnamon
