Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine baking mix, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in medium bowl and mix well.
  2. Beat together applesauce, evaporated milk, oil and egg.
  3. Add liquid mixture to dry mixture then stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  4. Fill 12 buttered muffin cups 2/3 full of batter then bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
  5. Cool slightly then remove from pan.
  6. Combine sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Melt butter then dip tops of muffins in melted butter then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
