Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp splenda sugar substitute ( bulk or 1 packet)

Directions:

  1. Heat milk in microwave for 1 1/4 minutes.
  2. Add vanilla and Splenda, stir well.
  3. Serve.
