  1. Prepared one batch of Alfredo Sauce.Mix veggies/spices and 3/4 of sauce together. spray 4 hotel pan put small amount of sauce on bottom, put down 1st layer of noodles. Complete 3 layers of Veggie mix and noodles. Cover with foil and bake a 350 for about 40 minutes Uncover and spread mozzarella cheese over top.
