Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare Cake-.
  2. Combine cake ingredients; cake mix, room temperature butter and the Mandarin oranges including the juice; beat with a mixer on medium speed.
  3. Divide batter evenly between 3 cake pans sprayed with non-stick spray.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Cool cake completely on a wire rack.
  6. Prepare Icing-.
  7. Combine drained crushed pineapple and pudding.
  8. Lightly fold in Cool Whip.
  9. Generously ice the cake, there will be plenty.
  10. Must be refrigerated.
