Unbelievably Awesome Triple Layer Brownies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 then combine brownie mix, eggs, oil and water.
  2. Pour into rectangular baking pan.
  3. In mixer bowl blend cream cheese and sugar until fluffy then add egg and beat until blended.
  4. Beat in sour cream, flour and vanilla and beat until blended.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of brownie batter.
  6. Bake 35 minutes then remove from oven.
  7. In mixer bowl whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  8. Add powdered sugar and whip 3 seconds more then turn off mixer.
  9. Blend cinnamon and nutmeg with pumpkin and very delicately mix into whipped egg whites.
  10. Spread pumpkin cream on warm brownie cheese cake and return to oven and turn off heat.
  11. Let pumpkin cream settle 20 minutes then remove from oven and cool completely before cutting.
