Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar , to taste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 -2 tbsp umeboshi plum paste or 2 large umeboshi, seeded
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and puree.
