Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix cake to directions on box.
  2. Pour 1/2 batter in to pan, sprayed, 10x15 pan.
  3. Bake 15 min
  4. In double boiler or microwave, melt the milk caramels and butter.
  5. When melted pour on top of the first layer of cake.
  6. Then sprinkle on chips and nuts.
  7. Pour on other half of cake batter.
  8. Bake 20 min. longer
