Turkey With Cream of Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 800 g turkey, in pieces
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 bunch sage , and
  • oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 1/2 liter bechamel sauce

Directions:

  1. Clean the pieces of turkey, dry them out and golden fry in the butter with the sage y rosemary.
  2. Salt and pepper the turkey.
  3. Cook to the middle the turkey pieces.
  4. Next, prepare the cream of mushrooms.
  5. If the mushrroms are fresh, clean them and laminate them, if they are dry soak them and clean them in water.
  6. Put the mushrooms in a saucepan with a little bit of oil, garlic y chopped parsley.
  7. Golden fry the mushrroms without letting them dry y put the white wine.
  8. Let the mushrooms cool a bit and add the bechamel sauce.
  9. Remove the saucepan from the stovetop carefully.
  10. Display the turkey pieces in an oven recipient greased with oil and put the bechamel sauce and the mushrooms over it.
  11. Heat the oven to 200 degrees C and bake for about 35 minutes.
  12. If the surface is too dry, cover the recipient with a sheet of aluminum foil with little holes in it.
  13. Serve hot.
