Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large soup pot added the turkey.
  2. Add water to cover.
  3. Add 1 bag of frozen lima.
  4. Dice 4 onions and add.
  5. Dice 4 stalks of celery and add.
  6. Add more water to cover.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Once the water starts to boil add the cup of brown rice.
  9. Next add the 6 oz box of seasoned rice and the seasoning.
  10. Add final amount of water to make 40 cups.
  11. After the soup has cooked for a couple of hours check for seasoning.
  12. Enjoy.
