Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together the cream cheese, salsa, onions, and cilantro.
  2. Spread the cream cheese on tortills; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Top with turkey slices.
  4. Put bell pepper and lettuce on turkey.
  5. Roll tortillas into pinwheels.
  6. Cut each pinwheel into fourths.
  7. Chill until ready to serve.
