Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine turkey carcass and water in crock pot.
  2. Add salt, pepper, onion, celery, carrots, parsley, marjoram, and bay leaf.
  3. Cover
  4. Cook on LOW 5-6 hours.
  5. Remove carcass and bay leaf from cooker.
  6. Take meat off bones and return meat to broth.
  7. Discard bones.
  8. Add cooked noodles to crock pot.
  9. Cover and cook HIGH 20-30 minutes.
  10. Discard bay leaf.
  11. Serve hot.
  12. Variation:.
  13. This recipe is designed for 4 1/2 quart crock pot. For 3 1/2 quart or smaller crock pot use chunks of turkey meat cut off the bones.
