Turkey Chili Con Carne

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) envelope onion soup mix
  • 2 (15 1/2 oz) cans red kidney beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) can black beans
  • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Place ground turkey in large skillet.
  2. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
  3. Brown meat well.
  4. Add the beans, chili powder, and crushed tomatoes.
  5. Simmer covered 30 to 40 minutes.
