Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400f degrees.
  2. Heat oil in a nonstick frypan; add onions, celery, jalepeno and sage. Saute just until the onion starts to turn brown. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with flour, saute for about 2 minutes. Add broth, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes. Add turkey, stir to combine; pour mixture into a casserole. Top mixture with sausage stuffing. Bake on middle rack of oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and the top is well browned.
