Turkey Burgers

  1. Sautee Onions, Bell pepper and garlic in Olive Oil for a few min. until soft adding the jalapenos for the last couple of min. let cool
  2. Mix Turkey, onion and pepper mix and all other ingredients with hands until well blended
  3. Form into 5 patties
  4. Put in freezer for 15-20 min until firm turning once
  5. Grill over med to high heat for 6-8 min. per side until done
  6. Enjoy with your favorite fixins'
