Tuna Salad with Green Beans and Tomatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place tuna, with it's oil, in a large bowl.
  2. Break it into pieces with a fork.
  3. Add the tomatoes, eggs, and onion.
  4. Sprinkle with the oregano, lemon juice, pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss gently.
  6. Arrange the green beans on a platter.
  7. Top with the tuna salad.
  8. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
