Directions:

  1. Set tin foil on cookie sheet
  2. Take previously broiled sourdough bread and cover with chese slices.
  3. Set on tin foil
  4. Slice each hard boiled egg in half and lay ontop of cheese.. slice eggs on long axis
  5. Cover each set of egg halves with one slice of deli ham
  6. Cover ham with thin layer of cheese slices
  7. Set directly under broiier and leave it until bread starts to soak up melted cheese
  8. This is served open faced
