Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 tsp dried yeast
  • 2 2/3 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp butter or 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients, except raisins, into the pan in the order listed or as needed by your bread machine.
  2. Add the raisins when the breadmaker beeps during the second kneading.
