Treva's Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut peppers lenghtwise and seed.
  2. Beat 4 eggs with water.
  3. Stir in breadcrumbs, cheese, and parsley.
  4. The consistancy should be like wet sand-add a little more water if necessary.
  5. Spoon filling into peppers.
  6. Place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  7. Filling should be firm.
  8. Spoon sauce over peppers and top each with a slice of cheese.
  9. Reutrn to oven 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
