Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line a 7-cup crown mold with plastic wrap. Press port wine cheese firmly into bottom of mold.
  2. Sprinkle evenly with chopped pecans, pressing firmly inot port wine layer.
  3. Combine Havarti cheese and half and half: press mixture firmly over pecan layer.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  5. Firmly press shredded Cheddar cheese over parsley layer. Cover and chill at least 8 hours
  6. To serve, unmold cheese onto a serving platter, and remove plastic wrap.
  7. Garnish cheese mold with parsley sprigs and pecan halves.
  8. Serve with crackers.
