Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil over med-high heat
  3. Brown hamburger or saute chicken for 7-9 minutes; drain.
  4. Remove meat from pan
  5. Saute onions and salt 4-6 minutes
  6. Add garlic, oregano, and meat. mix and cook a few more minutes
  7. In a 9x13 pan, layer sauce, then tortillas dipped in the sauce first (3 whole and 2 halves to cover), meat, then cheese. Repeat for 3 layers.
  8. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
  9. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
