Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook onion and garlic with butter until done then add fresh thyme leaves and mushrooms.
  2. Cook another 5 minutes then let cool off and mix with remaining meatloaf ingredients.
  3. Place mixture in oiled loaf pans and cook at 350 for 1 hour.
  4. For potatoes cook unpeeled potatoes in salted water until done.
  5. Drain and mash in large pot with all other ingredients or press through a food mill.
  6. Cook carrots with all other ingredients until water is evaporated or until done.
