Ingredients:

  • 8 cups frozen berries , particaly defrosted
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 oz low-fat granola (1 cup.)

Directions:

  1. Mix berries, flour and sugar.
  2. Scoop into 6 individual baking dishes, I used coffee cups. Then place on a big baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with granola.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minute.
  5. Serve warm or room temperature by itself or top with frozen or fresh yogurt!
