Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute leeks in margarine until soft.
  2. Add potatoes and carrots to the pan.
  3. Add water and bouillion cubes; bring to a boil; cover and simmer on low about 45 minute.
  4. Put veges in blender or mash with a potatoe masher.
  5. Return to pan with liquid.
  6. Add half and half, milk, salt, and hot sauce.
  7. Warm through but do not boil.
