Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut tomatoes in half around the hemisphere.
  2. Be careful to keep skin intact then scoop pulp out into a bowl.
  3. Mince garlic then add it, parsley, salt, pepper and bread crumbs to the pulp.
  4. Return mixture to hollowed out skins then arrange tomatoes in lightly oiled baking dish.
  5. Place under preheated broiler for 10 minutes.
