Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash your tomatoes and squeeze out some of the juice from the tomatoes and dice them. I usually purchase a Pillsbury pie crust and I put that in my pie dish. Add you tomatoes to the UNCOOKED pie crust. Salt, pepper and sprinkle your sugar over the tomatoes. Now add a lot of oregano. Mix the mayo with the 2 different cheese and spread over the tomatoe mixture.
  2. Bake at a 350 oven for approx. 30 min. or until nice and brown.
  3. DELICIOUS!!
