Tomato-Orange Bisque

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tsp cavenders all purpose greek seasoning (or other favorite mediterranean blend)

Directions:

  1. Mix all in a medium saucepan, and gently heat to bring to boil. Lower heat, and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly-grated Parmesan.
