Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soften garlic in hot water for a few minutes.
  2. Sauté onion in butter adding a bit of water so onion cooks and is soft.
  3. Meanwhile whirl spinach in a food processor or blender until it is mushy.
  4. Add dill weed, spinach and can of tomatoes with juice and onion garlic mixture.
  5. Simmer slowly until blended and onion and garlic are soft.
  6. Just before done stir in cream cheese and stir until it is dissolved.
  7. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
