Directions:

  1. Wash and cook lentil till soft, keep aside.
  2. Heat oil add mustard and black bean and saute till mustard splutters and black bean turns golden brown.
  3. Add tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add cooked lentil, salt, water and simmer for two minutes.
  5. Remove from fire.
  6. Add lime juice just before serving.
