Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut bread halved lengthwise then cut crosswise diagonally into 1 slices.
  2. Toast bread under broiler until lightly browned.
  3. Combine garlic and olive oil then brush over one side of bread.
  4. Spread tomatoes over bread then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Broil for 30 seconds to heat the tomatoes then sprinkle with basil and serve.
