Directions:

  1. Saute Onions and Garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add tomatoes and Vegetable Juice and Basil Leaves.
  3. Simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Add whipping cream.
  5. Simmer for another 3 minutes.
  6. Serve.
