  1. Cuisinart works best if you have it. Process these ingredients in the order listed. 1/2-1 jalapeño sliced, 2 cloves garlic process fine. Add 4cups quartered tomatillo and 1/2 sweet onion diced . Pulse again until still a little chunky. Add juice of 1 or 2 limes or lemons coursly diced avocado 1/3 cup torn cilantro and 1/4 tsp salt. Pulse once again leaving avocado still a little chunky. Chill in glass container in refer for at least an hour. Taste and adjust seasoning.
