Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut tomatillos into quarters
  2. Heat oil in a large heavy saute pan over medium heat
  3. Add onion and saute for few minutes
  4. Add tomatillos, garlic and jalapenos
  5. Saute until the onion and garlic begin to brown
  6. Reduce the heat to low and sprinkle cumin and chili powder over the pan
  7. Stir in tomato sauce and bring to a simmer
  8. Remove from the heat and let cool
  9. Place the mixutre in a blender or your food processor and add watermelon adn puree
  10. Season to taste with salt and pepper and makes about three cups or so...
  11. Your guests won't forget you!!!
