Tinfoil Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 dash(es) lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat the over to 400 degrees.
  2. Prepare two long pieces of tinfoil (twice as long as wide).
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the middle (horizontally) of one half of each tinfoil sheet.
  4. Pour a small amount of melted butter on each fillet.
  5. Sprinkle on a little bit of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of dill on each.
  6. Squeeze a small amount of lemon on each.
  7. Fold the tinfoil over and seal the edges by rolling them up.
  8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes depending on the thickness of your fillets.
