Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put saved egg white in deep dish walnuts in another
  2. Use hands to mix ingredients.
  3. Mix butter & shortening until well blended,
  4. Add brown sugar & mix well,
  5. Add egg yolk & mix well,
  6. Add flour and mix well,
  7. Roll in balls
  8. Dip in egg whites then roll in walnuts
  9. Push hole in center ( not all the way through)
  10. Place in greased cookie sheet
  11. Bake 350 for 18 min then 2 more with jelly placed in center where you created the hole.
