Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl mix dried fruit, brown sugar and tea.
  2. Let sit overnight.
  3. The next day add flour, and egg.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour into loaf pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
