Thin and Crispy Oatmeal Cookies

Directions:

  1. Heat over to 350
  2. Bake 13 to 16 minutes
  3. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
  4. Whisk flour, soda, salt and baking powder
  5. Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy
  6. Add egg and vanilla
  7. Add flour mixture
  8. Add oatmeal
  9. Scoop eight onto cookie sheet and press to 0.75 inches
  10. Bake one sheet at a time
  11. Cool cookies on sheet.
