The Real Mexican Quiche

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line pie pan with tortillas.
  2. Sprinkle cheese, bacon, peppers and 3/4 of onions over tortillas.
  3. Beat eggs, milk, chili powder and mustard together.
  4. Pour over ingredients in pan.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining onions.
  6. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
