Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Mix ground turkey, whole egg, egg yolk, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, basil, oregano, fennel seed, and garlic salt together well.
  4. Roll into 1 inch balls; place in pan at least 1/2 inch apart (will probably take a couple batches, yields about 45 meatballs).
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Add meatballs to your favorite pasta, soup, or enjoy alone.
  7. (This recipe can also be used to make turkey burgers. Just pan fry about 10 minutes instead of baking.).
