  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, herbs, garlic, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire. Mix well. If the meat seems too moist, add additional bread crumbs until it is a consistency that will form a loaf without flattening.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and other sauces to form the glaze.
  4. Spray a large baking or roasting pan with a non-stick spray and press the meatloaf out forming a loaf which is oblong. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf evenly.
  5. Bake the meatloaf for 35 to 45 minutes.
