Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in a small fry pan over medium heat, being careful not to burn.
  2. Saute' the chopped onion until soft - a lite golden brown is OK.
  3. Crack the eggs into the fry pan & break the yolks.
  4. Cook until eggs are set.
  5. Turn over & cook until desired doneness.
  6. Toast & butter the bread as desired.
  7. Place cooked egg/onion on one slice.
  8. Spread desired amount mayo or salad dressing on the other slice. (I prefer Mayo).
  9. ENJOY!
