Ingredients:

  • 1 cup packed parsley sprigs
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (10-oz) bottle club soda

Directions:

  1. Purée all ingredients except club soda in a blender 1 minute. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large glass measure. Serve over ice and top off drinks with club soda.
  2. Cooks' note: For alcoholic drinks, add 2 tablespoons gin or vodka.
