Ingredients:

  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (10 oz) bottle club soda

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredents ; except club soda in a blender; blend well.
  2. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer.
  3. Fill tall glass with ice, add parsley mixture.
  4. Top with club soda and serve.
