The Easiest and Most Wonderful Salmon Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp garlic juice (find it in the spice section of the grocery store)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan, stir consistantly over medium heat until blended and heated through.
  2. Pour over grilled or baked salmon.
  3. Goes nicely with rice.
