Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove meat from chicken
  2. In medium to large stock pot, saute onions and bell pepper in butter until tender.
  3. Stir in broth, chicken meat, can chillies, tomatoes, and beans
  4. Bring mixture to a boil.
  5. Lower heat and stir in chili seasoning, cumin, and lime juice.
  6. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until well heated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper
  8. Serve with cheese, green onions, chips, lime slices, and sour cream on the side.
