Directions:

  1. Cook the first six ingredients for 2 minutes, while whisking, until mixture comes to a boil.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the garlic, mayo, Eagle Condensed Milk and lemon juice, mix well, then add to the cooked items and mix well again.
  3. Enjoy this dressing on your favorite tostada or salad!
