  2. Brush Pita Bread with 2 Tbs of tomato sauce.
  3. Sprinkle black Pepper and Red Pepper and Italian seasoning.
  4. Cover with mozzerella cheese.
  5. Place 3 thin slices of fresh tomato.
  6. Place 1/2 tsp fresh basil.
  7. Put on sheet pan and bake for 8-10 minutes at 474 degrees.
  8. When brown remove and drizzle olive oil and parmesean.
