Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt Into medium bowl.
  3. In a seperate large bowl, beat together shortening and butter.
  4. Add sugars to shortening mix, and continue beating until fluffy (3-5 minutes).
  5. Add eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon to shortening mix, continue to beat until well mixed.
  6. Add dry ingredients into shortening and mix until smooth.
  7. Mix chips in with dough until well dispersed
  8. Use a Tablespoon to drop dough onto a cookie sheet.
  9. Let bake for 14-18 minutes or until light golden brown on top (cooking time depends on size of cookies).
