Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 400 degree.
  2. Mix together first 9 ingredients with hand mixer until well blended in large bowl.
  3. By hand, mix in cheese, onions,artichokes and jalapeno.
  4. Spray 11x7 glass dish with a little pam.
  5. Pour mixture into pan and spread out evenly with a spatula.
  6. Bake 15-10 minutes until top is nicely browned.
  7. Can be made day before.
