Thanksgiving Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • crust
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • filling
  • 3 x 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix crust ingredients and press onto bottom and halfway up sides of 9 or 10 springform pan.
  3. For filling, make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Beat all together til smooth and pour over crust.
  4. Bake for 30 -35 min til slightly browned.
  5. Remove cake from oven, cool to room temp. and chill overnight. Just before serving, top with your favourite pie filling, and , if desired, whipped cream.
